Use them wisely when you take damage you lose exp your weapon can level down so be careful exp crystal can level up your weapon but it only lasts while you are in the area. These slug beasts and other lifeforms will drop exp so remember you can get more that way. Only use med kits when you need them, it saves us trouble replacing them if you conserve.
